From the topic, you obviously get an idea that this piece of article is going to save garlic from being the bad guy. And yes, it might be a lesson; stinky things aren’t always bad. Does that make sense?
Anyhow, we are here to bring the best of best wonders of garlic to you. How is it beneficial and in which parts of life it can be nothing less than a miracle; it is all in here.
Garlic and Hair:
Everyone is whining about that hair fall these days.
Girls are yelling out from their toilets and guys just stare at the mirror, looking at how that hair fall is taking away their X factor.
How are they going to impress others, ladies, now?
There are so many salons out there but not even one is offering you a treatment which is able to deliver even 60% of satisfaction.
That is because of all these treatments involve chemicals and heat procedures.
How do you expect your poor hair to grow out of that stuff? So it is quite great if you try to go natural sometimes, isn’t it?
Garlic is a great remedy for hair fall and helps you in growing NEW HAIR! You won’t grow a separate wig out of it obviously but your scalp will start growing new hair in all. There are a lot of ways through which you can utilize garlic for your hair.
First, you can add it to your shampoo, it’s going to stink, I know but you can add a bit of olive oil to it as it diminishes the garlic odor completely.
Or you can add it to the oil you apply to your hair and wash it off later.
This way, the shampoo takes away the odor as well. Isn’t that great?
However, a lot of people don’t like both of these ways. Who is going to keep two different shampoos?
So the best way is to mince garlic and apply it to your scalp directly. Just let it stay for a few minutes and then wash it off properly with your shampoo.
And just so you are in a hurry to grow a lot of hair; don’t try this twice or thrice a week. Garlic can only be used only twice every MONTH.
Garlic and Acne:
Adults and youngsters like Mono Lisa here, who have acne, are the only ones who can understand the pain and ugliness of it. And GOD; all those of the edge expensive treatments are not in everyone’s reach even.
I mean how much will you be willing to spend on a treatment for your pimples? And WHAT IF that doesn’t work? I know, you will be like what if it works?
Let me tell you what will actually work; garlic! and you can imagine how much it will cost you! There are a lot of ways in which you can use garlic for acne.
1. You can simply blend garlic and make a puree out of it. Let it rest for 10 minutes and apply it to the acne affected area directly. Leave it on for a few minutes. If it starts to sting, wash it off with cold and clean water. And pat dry.
2. Take 4 cloves of garlic and blend them. Now add yogurt to it and mix it properly. Apply it to your acne area and let it dry. Wash it off after a few minutes and pat your face dry. Make sure that you wash your face properly before applying this mixture.
Garlic and Cold:
If you are tired of “ANCHOO-ING” all the time, all you need is GARLIC!
I hope you got my point!
I am talking about flu here and the sneezing part. Anyways, if you have the bad flu or cold, you can rely on garlic just like everyone relies on Batman!
Anyhow, there are basically two and easy methods to use garlic for this.
You can either eat raw garlic.
I know this even sounds pathetic and a lot of people can’t do it. So you can suck the cloves for at least 10 minutes, taking in the juices which start curing your flu.
Second, you can blend the garlic cloves and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Then you can add honey or olive oil to it and top it with a bread slice or crackers and eat it away! This helps kill your cold as well.
Sometimes, it is good to go natural.
How much are you going to spend on a doctor each time you catch the flu?
And let’s just not talk about that hangover you get when you are taking those medicines for shoosh-ing off your cold.
Garlic is all you need in your life and you can solve a lot of issues with it!
